This page explains what anidub.io collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what the game needs.

Who we are
anidub.io ("we", "us") is an independent project that lets people dub scenes together. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
What we collect
- Nothing to browse. You can explore scenes and watch dubs without an account.
- On your device. Small preferences, such as whether you chose to show 18+ scenes, are stored in your browser and never leave your device.
- When you play. To run a room and mix the final video, the launcher processes the audio you record and a temporary room code. A display name you type is shown to others in your room.
- Basic analytics. We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage stats to see which scenes are popular. These do not identify you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not ask for financial or identity documents.
- We do not require you to create an account to watch dubs.
Your recordings
Audio you record is used to produce the final dub for your room. If you choose to publish a dub to the community, it becomes visible to other players along with your display name. You can ask us to remove a published dub at any time.
Your choices
- Clear your browser storage to remove saved preferences.
- Ask us to delete a published dub by emailing [email protected].
- Decline non-essential cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord.
